Hello everyone. How to gain weight especially for skinny guys. They often think that they can eat whatever they want and assuming that they are eating a lot. But the fact is, they are not gaining any weight. Here is how to gain weight for skinny guys (this is also highly recommended for myself, laugh out loud).
1) Track calories. Use a food scale and you need at least your body-weight in lbs times with 20kcal daily to gain weight.
2) Eat every 3 hours.
3) Eat calorie dense foods. Search what is a dense foods if you did not know about it.
4) Get stronger. Go from skinny to muscular, not from skinny to chubby. Get an exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull-ups, etc.
5) Plan before you go anywhere. Or before you go out from your house. Take any leftovers with you. Eat before going to town. Eat a mixed nuts at the movies.
6) Lastly, track your progress. Check every single thing above and if you are not gaining any weight, try to add another 500kcal more for yourself.
