Banana is good for you

Bananas. It is one of the healthiest food in the world. I love bananas! Who don't? It is wonderfully sweet with firm and creamy flesh, bananas come prepackaged in their own yellow jackets and are available for harvest throughout the year.

Bananas contain 7 nutrients. There are vitamin B6, manganese, vitamin C, potassium, fiber, copper and biotin. The benefits of manganese are healthy bone structure, bone metabolism and helping to create essential enzymes for building bones.

Do you wanna know something about one of the nutrients? Let us talk about manganese. It seems like a bad chemical with the name of manganese. For me, yes it is. Laugh out loud. Well, there are other health benefits of manganese including the formation of connective tissues, absorption of calcium, proper functioning of the thyroid gland and sex hormones, regulation of blood sugar level, and metabolism of fats and carbohydrates. Manganese is very important for the normal functioning of the brain and proper activity of our nervous system throughout the body. As far as research can tell, it is an essential trace mineral for every form of life.

Enough said about manganese. It seems like we need bananas in our daily life. It is sometimes somehow crucial to us. We need fruits everyday for our own good. Grab bananas if you have it at home or buy it at any shop that available. It is seriously good for health. Recommended.
